I just thought I'd share a little history with you. These are pictures of my husband Greg reading Bible stories to our children throughout the years:
1. Our three oldest (David, Luke, and Emily) with cousins (Athena and Alderaan Bryce-Rogers), around 1986.
2. Our two oldest daughters (Emily and Hosanna) with cousin Robert Lipton, around 1988.
3. Youngest son Peter, enjoying his own special Bible-story time with Dad while soaking his feet after an especially hard soccer match, around 1999.
4. It must have been late at night. Looks like Peter and little sis, Talitha, didn't quite make it through the whole story, around 2000.
I hope you're reading Bible stories to the little ones in your life--children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and neighbors. It makes a difference!
Just in case you'd like a little help deciding what books to read to your little ones during family Bible reading time, visit my website by clicking on the button below to see what I have available. All of my books bear a Christian message, and most are for a young audience.
Read to the children in your life. I cannot stress enough what a difference it makes.
