Spread the Word! Read Christian Books and Post Reviews!

When you post a review of a book online, it becomes an encouragement to others to read the book. The more Christian books are reviewed online, the more these books will be read, and God will be glorified. I want to encourage you to read Christian books and post reviews online.

The most important place to post a review would be on Amazon because when people go to Amazon, they are considering purchasing a book. Your review could make a difference as to which book they select. To post on Amazon, simply go to the Amazon purchase page for the book you want to review, as if you were about to buy the book. Scroll down to the reviews for that book. Look on the left-hand side of the page and find the white button that says, “Write a customer review.” Click on this button, and begin writing!  Don’t forget to click “submit” when you are done.

If you are a member of Goodreads, this is a great place to post a review because it connects readers of similar genres. Do you like fantasy, romance, children’s books? You can meet other readers who like the same genres you like and find out what they think of a book you may be considering reading.  This helps you make better decisions about what you will read. And by posting a review on Goodreads, you can help other like-minded readers decide which book they may want to read next.

Another way to spread the word about a good book is to mention it in your own blog, newsletter, or social media post. Your friends are interested in what interests you. Just think how you can influence the world simply by mentioning a good Christian book in your social media post or newsletter!
